Design Consultation
Maybe you scroll through pinterest, dreaming of a most instagrammable wedding, but you don't know where to start. If you have too many ideas, and need help narrowing down your vision into one cohesive style, let's meet up and do just that. Based on our consultation, I will create an inspiration board to act as a guide for you and your vendors moving forward in the planning process. I will also offer suggestions on venues and vendors I think will align with your style, and lay out specific, detailed suggestions on how to incorporate those special elements, unique to each couple.
Day Of Coordination
Preparation for "day of coordination" actually starts 4-6 weeks before the big day. This package is for the couple who's finished with vendor planning and styling decisions, but needs someone to execute those plans. I will walk through the venue, review and finalize your contracts, create and distribute an itinerary for the rehearsal dinner and wedding day, finalize guest count and seating charts, and coordinate your wedding day. This package includes decor set-up, final vendor payment and gratuity management, timeline management, and troubleshooting any problems that may arise so that you and your family can fully enjoy the day.
FULL COORDINATION
Wedding planning can be a full time job. I'm available to take over the emails. phone calls, and budget tracking so that you can focus on the things you care most about. My clients can be as hands on or hands off as they desire, with full confidence that their wedding day will go off without a hitch. I will contact and collaborate with your other vendors, coordinate rentals, and create a seamless timeline for the wedding day. I will be on site for the entire duration of your wedding day, supervising and directing from set-up to load-out. With a degree in Public Relations and experience in floral design, event catering, and wedding planning, you can guarantee that no detail will be overlooked.
